One being Local to the area a family man avid Harley Davidson Rider, with his Iphone and all the tech gear you could imagine. I have never seen a test he didn't want to take. A man dedicated to working hard being up front with people and giving something back through his work. Hands on always learning and with a thrust for knowledge. He was brought up since a boy going out on service calls with his dad an extremely talented man. Long range thinking and willing always to sit and listen to a customers needs. With a belief of do it once fairly and you will benefit. It is so rare to find a person of such character with clear compass it is not only a pleasure for me but I know it is for our customers.

With ownership in a Heating Company in New York City and over 400 real estate transactions, this is a passion not a job to him. His business savvy helps reshape and mold the local industry with a very outside the box and blunt mentality. I fierce competitor with a understated demeanor who loves his 13 year old Pick Up truck. He is experienced and understands the nature of critical Heating & Air systems, as well as their role of importance in your property. He's always thinking about how it will impact an individual, economically - value & quality with no smoke and mirrors talk. In fact he is avid against this and outspoken on these issues.
